i figured sleeping disorders and video games go hand in hand so... why not? i've got one and its starting to bug me a little. i'll try to provide as much information as i can about the situation. if anyone out there that knows more than web md, plz halp.
yeah. if yall know anything put in your two bits. just little suggestions like a warm glass of milk before bed or something little that'll help.
- in the last 24 hours i've slept 11 hours and 15 minutes (but that's common at 17, innit?)
- between the time i woke up this morning at 2:30am to the day before when i woke up at 2:30am
- eating a nutritious regular diet
- exercising regularly
- i sleep like a log. no tossing and turning
- usually pass out between 8 or 10pm
- wake up around 2 or 3am
- fall asleep randomly throughout the day
- (watching a movie or doing homework or something)
- oooh... here's a good one. Fighting Moderate Depression. that's the only thing i can think of causing funny sleep patterns
